What is my property worth and what criteria are included in the valuation?

Whether and to what extent a building measure or renovation will increase the value of the house or apartment must always be considered on a case-by-case basis. In principle, however, various modernization measures - particularly with regard to thermal insulation or energy efficiency or the installation of a modern bathroom, a modern heating system or solar system - have a value-enhancing effect. Reducing barriers and creating additional living space (for example by converting the loft) can also increase the value of a property.
